Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Manager, Compensation to design, administer, and improve the Company's compensation programs, including base pay, annual merit, incentives, and executive plans. This role partners with HR and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable programs aligned with business objectives and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with program design, administration, and analysis.
  • Experience with Workday required; CCP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.
  • Experience in executive compensation benchmarking and market pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day activities of compensation programs.
  • Leads annual compensation processes including merit reviews, market adjustments, and incentives.
  • Oversees the administration and governance of long-term incentive plans and executive compensation programs.
  • Develops and administers job architecture framework, salary structures, and compensation frameworks.
  • Partners with HR and leadership to ensure equity, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
