Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead design, administration, and governance of our compensation programs. You will drive market benchmarking, internal equity, and the long-term incentive plan, partnering with HR and business leaders to align pay with strategy.

Responsibilities include overseeing annual compensation processes, job architecture development, and executive compensation governance, with a focus on compliance and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with design, administration, and analysis.
  • Experience administering broad-based compensation programs including annual planning and incentives.
  • Experience supporting executive compensation programs and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day activities of compensation programs.
  • Develops and recommends new compensation programs and changes to existing ones.
  • Develops and administers compensation program processes, analytics, and governance practices.
  • Leads annual compensation processes including reviews, promotions, market adjustments, and incentives.
  • Conducts market pricing and analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversees long-term incentive plan governance and communications.
  • Supports design and governance of executive compensation programs.
  • Prepares compensation analyses and materials for senior leadership.
  • Develops job architecture framework, career levels, and leveling methodologies.
  • Maintains salary structures, pay grades, and compensation frameworks.
