Job summary

HYVE Solutions, a leader in data center solutions, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead market benchmarking, modeling, and equity planning for a global environment. You will partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on offers and promotions, driving pay strategies and analytics that inform leadership decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in compensation analysis, strong Excel, and proficiency with Workday and BI tools. Expect a fast-paced, confidential setting with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation analysis experience in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Excel (modeling, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and proficiency with Workday.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition for offers, promotions, internal moves.
• Support end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, equity, and data modeling.
• Conduct pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses across the organization.
• Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling for scalability.
• Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Participate in design and communication of compensation policies and tools.
• Stay current on global market trends and legal requirements in compensation management.
