Woodward HRT/MPC is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and deliver market-based compensation programs that support our business strategy and talent objectives. You will advise HR partners on pay decisions, job architecture, and market competitiveness in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate compensation.
• Experience consulting with HR leaders on compensation matters.

Responsabilités

• Act as compensation consultant to HR Business Partners on pay programs, market competitiveness, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR partners to align market practices with business objectives and Total Rewards philosophy.
• Conduct market pricing, workforce modeling, and cost impact analyses to inform decisions.
• Benchmark roles using salary surveys to establish competitive pay ranges.
• Lead participation in external compensation surveys and maintain market pricing data.
• Support governance of the enterprise Career Framework, including job architecture and leveling.
