Woodward, Inc. seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to deliver market-based compensation programs and advise HR partners on pay decisions, job evaluations, and talent strategies. You will analyze data, benchmark roles, and support annual merit and incentive processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience with Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP. Hybrid work in Fort Collins, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement of compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a corporate compensation department.
• Strong partnership and consultation skills with leaders and HR partners.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP), Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR Business Partners on programs, market competitiveness, pay decisions, job evaluations, and talent compensation strategies.
• Partner with HR to understand needs, assess compensation implications, and develop practical solutions aligned with market practices and Total Rewards.
• Conduct compensation analyses: job evaluation, market pricing, modeling, and cost impact assessments to deliver insights.
• Benchmark positions using salary surveys and market intelligence to establish competitive pay ranges.
• Lead participation in external compensation surveys and maintain market pricing data.
• Support the governance of the Career Framework, including job architecture and leveling.
