Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in corporate compensation.
- Ability to partner with leaders and HR partners on complex compensation matters.
- Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
Responsabilités
- Serve as a compensation consultant to HR Partners and business leaders.
- Conduct compensation analyses, market pricing, and job evaluations.
- Lead external surveys and maintain market pricing data.
- Support annual salary planning, merit cycles, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with pay equity, wage, hour, and related laws.
