Job summary

Forter is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will own global compensation operations, from job architecture to market pricing and end-to-end program delivery, including promotions and bonus payouts.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to guide offers and retention with solid data-driven insights. You will also help evolve job architecture, price roles with Radford data, and support annual range refresh.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive compensation experience in tech or high-growth settings.
• Hands-on job architecture and leveling experience across global populations.
• ownership of compensation programs including salary reviews and promotions.
• Ability to translate market data into clear narratives for partners.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation operations and recurring cycles end-to-end.
• Manage and evolve job architecture, leveling, and grade structures.
• Price new and evolving roles using survey data and market benchmarks.
• Advise partners on offers, promotions, retention, and leveling.
• Build recurring compensation and headcount reporting for Finance.
• Develop training materials to scale compensation education.
