Job summary

Forter is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics in New York to lead compensation operations, drive job architecture evolution, and manage market pricing for new roles. You will partner with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to provide clear compensation guidance and support hiring, retention, and career growth.

You will own recurring programs, including comp cycles, promotions, and bonus payouts, while leveraging AI tools to automate analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of compensation experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting multiple functions and global populations with job architecture and leveling.
• Ownership of compensation programs including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus plans.
• Hands-on market pricing using Radford and translating findings into narratives.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and workforce analytics; experience with HRIS and planning tools.
• Strong communication to partner with People Partners, Finance, and leaders.
• Experience using AI tools to automate analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own global compensation operations and recurring programs end-to-end (main and secondary comp cycles, promotions, and bonus payouts).
• Manage and evolve job architecture, including profiles, leveling criteria, and grade structures.
• Price new and evolving roles using Radford and other survey data; support annual range refresh.
• Advise People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leaders on offers, promotions, retention, and leveling with defensible guidance.
• Build and maintain recurring compensation and headcount reporting; help Finance track budgets.
• Develop training materials and comp education for managers and People Partners; improve processes to scale programs.
