Homeservices-of-America- seeks a seasoned compensation leader to oversee enterprise-wide programs across real estate, mortgage, insurance, and settlement services. You will design salary structures, lead market pricing, and ensure equity and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, governance, and effective communication of complex pay concepts to stakeholders across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 7–10 years transferrable experience.
• 5–7 years in progressive compensation roles with market analysis and salary structure design.
• Experience independently leading enterprise compensation initiatives and consulting with HR/business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enterprise compensation programs across multiple lines.
• Act as primary compensation consultant to HR and business leaders.
• Co-lead market-pricing activities and internal equity analysis.
• Own salary structures, pay ranges, geographic differentials, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Establish compensation governance and documentation across operating companies.
• Design and manage base pay and incentive programs with modeling and reviews.
• Lead complex compensation reviews and implementation plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FLSA, pay equity, etc.).
• Partner with compensation leadership for executive compensation analysis.
• Identify improvements in compensation processes, reporting, and HRIS.
• Develop communications, tools, and training for HR partners and managers.
