Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking an experienced compensation leader to drive enterprise-wide salary structures and incentive programs across residential real estate, mortgage, insurance, and settlement services. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate needs into competitive, compliant pay solutions.

The role emphasizes independent program design, governance, and analysis, including governance development and ongoing effectiveness reviews across operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 7–10 years transferrable experience) in a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience, including market analysis, salary structure design, and program administration.
• CCP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation programs across multiple lines ensuring competitiveness, equity, affordability, and compliance.
• Serve as compensation consultant to HR and business leaders with recommendations on decisions and market positioning.
• Co-lead market-pricing activities, survey participation, benchmarking, and internal equity decisions.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, geographic differentials, and job evaluation frameworks.
