Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks an experienced compensation professional to lead enterprise compensation programs across real estate, mortgage, insurance, and settlement services. You will drive salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans while ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance.

This individual contributor role partners with HR and business leaders to benchmark market data, manage governance, and deliver actionable compensation insights across operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7–10 years transferrable experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience including market analysis and salary structure design.
• Experience independently leading enterprise-wide compensation programs and consulting with HR and business leaders.
• Experience with executive/senior leadership compensation preferred.
• CCP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of salary structures and pay ranges.
• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions and market positioning.
• Co-lead market-pricing activities, benchmarking, and internal equity recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA and pay equity regulations.
• Develop compensation communications and training for HR partners.
