HireOn Tech is seeking a Principal Compensation Consultant to lead complex client engagements and develop innovative compensation strategies.

You will advise senior executives, oversee analyses, and mentor consulting teams while expanding client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role emphasizes analytics, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in compensation consulting with strong subject matter expertise.
Experience advising senior executives and HR leadership.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale compensation consulting engagements from strategy through delivery.
Structure, direct, review, and interpret complex compensation analyses.
Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for attracting and retaining talent.
Advise senior management and HR leaders on compensation strategy and pay competitiveness.
Lead job architecture and evaluation discussions with clients.
Drive compensation program implementations and digital enablement.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support new business development.
Leverage analytics, technology, and AI-enabled tools to deliver compensation solutions.
