Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Compensation Program Manager to join a leading media company as a remote US-based role. You will own the execution of compensation planning cycles, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive AI-enabled workflows for total rewards.

You will use data, market insights, and equity program support to strengthen compensation design and leadership decision‑making, building enablement resources for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–6+ years of compensation experience in a technology company.
• Experience as a compensation business partner to client groups or senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and market benchmarking tools.
• Familiarity with compensation norms and labor market trends outside the U.S.
• Experience working with large datasets using BigQuery or SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of compensation planning cycles, ensuring timely delivery
• Lead compensation programs from design to rollout, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Act as an AI champion, managing the rollout of AI-enabled workflows for compensation
• Analyze competitive trends in total rewards to inform program design and recommendations
• Build enablement resources to help leaders understand the company's compensation philosophy
• Support equity program operations by drafting guides and driving continuous improvement
