Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Compensation Analytics & Technology Coordinator to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You will design and deliver compensation analytics, reporting, and tech-enabled processes to improve decision‑making across the organization, partnering with HRIS, technology, and compensation stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $116,153 – $185,543 annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
3+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics.
Experience with compensation planning and automation preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS, Workday, and BI tools preferred.
Certifications such as CCP or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance compensation dashboards and analytics tools.
Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to optimize Workday.
Design technology-enabled processes for incentive administration and reporting.
Evaluate AI and automation to improve compensation decisions.
Establish data governance for accuracy and transparency in compensation processes.
Contribute analytics expertise to support compensation strategy and workforce planning.
Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate accountability.
