Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to partner with People & Culture and Finance, performing the full scope of compensation program development and administration. You will advise on job evaluation and classification while supporting merit and promotion processes and building cost analyses and dashboards.

As part of the Global Compensation Team, you will manage market data, incentive planning cycles, and budgeting models to inform compensation decisions across diverse employee

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation and/or financial analysis experience.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as compensation business partner for one or more functions, advising on pay decisions, job evaluations, offers, promotions, and sensitive questions.
• Lead implementation, administration, and analysis of broad-based compensation programs and projects; review proposed pay changes for policy conformance.
