Chime is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to align compensation programs with business goals. You will partner with leadership and People teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness while driving performance and engagement.

You will collaborate across departments to implement base salary, bonus, and incentive structures and use data analytics to measure impact. This role is onsite in San Francisco and offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work with leadership, managers and People Partners to craft compensation strategy.
• Market Insights: Conduct regular market analyses to keep compensation competitive and equitable.
• Program Oversight: Lead design and implementation of base salary, bonus and incentive programs.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Support: Align recruiting and other teams on compensation offerings.
• Effective Communication: Create materials that clearly explain compensation programs to employees.
