Job summary

Leidos seeks a Compensation Manager to lead enterprise compensation programs, including merit cycles, promotions, market pricing, and policy administration. You will partner with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to drive pay strategies, internal equity, and data-driven decisions.

The role requires hands-on Workday compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8+ years in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; or Masters with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing compensation processes within Workday.
• Experience supporting annual compensation planning cycles, market pricing, and salary administration.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to translate complex compensation data into clear insights for leaders.
• Experience working effectively in highly matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise-wide compensation programs, including merit, bonuses, promotions, and off-cycle actions.
• Provide guidance on compensation decisions, pay positioning, and internal equity to HR, leaders, and Total Rewards partners.
• Develop and administer salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies.
• Ensure programs are executed accurately, compliant with guidelines and regulations.
