Job summary

Leidos seeks a Director, Executive Compensation to lead the design, administration, and governance of its executive and non-employee director pay programs. You will partner with senior HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with performance and shareholder interests.

You will manage base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity programs, overseeing benchmarking, and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant compensation experience, including significant experience in executive compensation; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting a Compensation Committee and preparing proxy/CD&A disclosures at a publicly traded company
• Strong knowledge of SEC executive compensation disclosure rules, equity plan design, and relevant tax/regulatory frameworks
• Experience with executive compensation benchmarking tools and survey data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level materials

Responsibilities

• Design and administer base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs for the executive population
• Lead annual executive compensation planning cycles, including market benchmarking, pay recommendations, and merit/incentive funding
• Partner with Stock Programs team to align on equity plan operations and vesting/settlement processes
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and proxy/CD&A disclosures; support governance documentation
• Mentor and develop a high-performing executive compensation team; collaborate with Legal and Finance on governance matters
