Job summary

TidalHealth, Salisbury, MD seeks a Compensation Manager to lead the organization’s compensation function and act as a strategic advisor to Human Resources and leadership. You will design, administer and govern compensation programs across the health system, translating market intelligence into competitive, equitable solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Finance to establish governance frameworks and data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience including market pricing, salary structure development and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compensation operations and governance across the health system.
• Design and administer base pay structures, market analyses, and merit/incentive programs.
• Provide guidance on complex compensation matters and partner with HR and Finance.
