Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to lead the planning, development, administration and reporting of compensation for nursing, clinical services and ambulatory diagnostics. You will support the Director Total Rewards in designing and maintaining compensation programs and ensuring fair, competitive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in compensation, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with implementing compensation programs and analytics.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and regulatory requirements (FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Provides compensation support for nursing and clinical services areas.
• Assist in delivering compensation strategies and in Job Architecture development.
• Conducts market analyses, surveys, and data compilation for pay decisions.
• Develops tools and dashboards to model data for decision making.
• Collaborates with HR partners to ensure timely processing of compensation deliverables.
• Maintains job profiles and internal grade structures within Workday.
• Ensures data accuracy, compliance, and documentation of compensation actions.
