The role partners with HR and Finance to manage base pay, annual cycles, and compliance across geographic areas. You will guide HR partners and leaders on pay decisions, work with data in HRIS systems, and contribute to total rewards communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2 years in a manager/senior analyst role.
• Experience with survey participation and market pricing tools (Radford, Mercer, WTW).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations (FLSA, pay transparency, state pay equity laws).
• Experience with benchmarking, pay structure, cost impact analysis, providing market pricing, and salary structure design.
• Deep knowledge of HR compensation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills including market sizing, pricing analysis, benchmarking and forecasting; translate data for stakeholders.
• Project management skills to handle multiple priorities with Finance and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills; credibility with HR partners and leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer compensation programs and structures.
• Benchmark market data; participate in surveys and use results for pricing.
• Oversee annual bonus program, merit increases, and promotions.
• Lead compensation planning cycles in partnership with HR and Finance.
• Own job evaluation and leveling processes for internal equity and market benchmarks.
• Improve compensation programs, tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including pay equity.
• Maintain compensation documentation and HRIS data integrity.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions and communicate pay outcomes to employees.
