- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee annual and cyclical compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and equity processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
- Provide guidance for job evaluations, organizational leveling, and market pricing.
- Develop and deliver compensation analyses, dashboards, and financial models.
