Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a senior compensation leader to drive corporate compensation strategy across domestic and international populations. This role will govern programs, policies, and processes, advising senior leaders on compensation risk, market competitiveness, and cost implications.

You will oversee advanced analytics, benchmarking, and annual processes within HRIS. You will partner with Finance and HR to forecast headcount, support restructuring, and ensure pay equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in employee compensation, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate compensation strategies aligned with business goals and market benchmarks.
• Provide consultation on domestic and international compensation matters for offers, promotions, and off-cycle requests.
• Own position management in HRIS, including job codes, grades, and reporting structures.
