Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami seeks a Compensation Analyst to provide analytical expertise and consultative support in compensation programs, policies, and processes. You will conduct market pricing, job evaluations, cost modeling, and reporting to inform pay decisions and planning.

The role partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, maintain equity, and ensure alignment with compensation philosophy across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, econ, accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data
• Experience interpreting data and developing recommendations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support administration of annual and cyclical compensation programs (salary, bonus, equity)
• Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate positions and develop compensation recommendations
• Conduct market pricing and analyses to evaluate competitiveness and maintain salary structures
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making
• Contribute to documentation and governance of compensation programs
