Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in employee compensation.
• At least 1 year of prior management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience with applying FLSA and basic labor law practices.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• PeopleSoft or other HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Consult on compensation for offers, promotions, and off-cycle requests.
• Guide leadership on pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Perform advanced analytics, benchmarking, and salary surveys.
• Oversee position management within the HRIS and reporting structures.
• Support restructurings and cost impact assessments.
• Forecast workforce budgets and headcount planning.
• Serve as SME for merit, bonus, and sales incentive processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and global regulations.
• Identify market competitiveness and salary discrepancies.
