Job summary

Carnival seeks a senior compensation leader to manage programs, pricing, and equity initiatives. You will guide a team of compensation professionals, partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders, and ensure consistent application of compensation philosophy.

This on-site role is based in South Florida, with minimal travel and a focus on data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include overseeing job evaluations, market pricing, analyses, and the design of pay structures, while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and salary administration.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with complex issues.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with HR, finance, and business leaders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing compensation teams; CCP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and execution of annual and cyclical compensation programs.
• Lead a team of compensation professionals; coach, delegate, and develop talent.
• Oversee job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation recommendations.
• Develop and deliver analyses, dashboards, and models to support decisions.
• Drive compensation projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Participate in surveys and maintain salary structures for competitiveness and equity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and governance.
