Job summary
Pace Staffing Alternatives seeks a senior compensation professional to lead analytics, benchmarking, and governance across compensation programs to deliver data-driven pay recommendations that support competitive and equitable practices.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, Tax, and external partners to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance while guiding a high-performing compensation team toward automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Business).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation analytics or related discipline.
- Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and equity programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Experience with Workday or compensation planning systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation analytics, benchmarking, and pay recommendations.
- Manage job architecture, leveling, and governance processes.
- Support annual merit and compensation planning and data validation.
- Oversee equity program administration, grants, vesting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, Tax, and external vendors.
- Lead compensation team and drive automation and efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional compensation projects and priorities.
