• Progressive experience in compensation design and administration.
• Leadership experience at senior/director level.
• Knowledge of pay equity, transparency regs, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and evolution of compensation programs (base pay, incentives, ranges).
• Partner with HR leadership on job architecture, leveling, career paths, and equity alignment.
• Oversee equity compensation guidelines and grant cycles with finance and legal collaboration.
• Provide strategic oversight of benefits programs and governance without daily administration.
• Develop leader-ready tools, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions.
