Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business administration or related field.
• PHR/SPHR preferred for certification.
• 2 years of field experience; 0 years managing people/projects or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and policies for all employees; updates handbook and procedures.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Plans, organizes, and controls HR department activities.
• Handles compensation program development and salary surveys.
• Manages day-to-day performance management and coaching for guidance.
• Administers benefits, invoices, and communicates benefits info.
