Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of professional HR experience.
• Experience researching and analyzing job classifications and compensation and making recommendations.
• Relevant HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and analyzes job market data to make recommendations for job reclassification requests and documents findings.
• Writes reports and descriptive materials for management review.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting and survey requirements.
• Evaluates jobs, determines classification, exempt/non-exempt status, and salary ranges.
• Interviews and surveys employees to collect job and organizational information.
• Researches employee compensation programs and makes recommendations based on internal policies.
• Responds to salary and job market surveys and general inquiries.
