Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead compensation priorities for over 30,000 care team members across South Carolina. Reporting to the Executive Director of Total Rewards, you will design, implement and administer pay programs aligned with MUSC’s philosophy, partnering with HRBPs and managers to attract, retain and motivate staff.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in compensation or related fields; CCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in compensation, employment/recruitment, HRIS, or financial/data analysis.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation priorities across the health system, including job analysis, job evaluation, base pay, variable pay, market pricing and pay-for-performance.
• Partner with HR business partners and managers to design, implement and administer compensation programs.
• Serve as SME on compensation products and deliver timely innovative solutions.
