Job summary

Nebius is hiring for a senior compensation leadership role to own and optimize our global pay programs. You will design and manage salary structures, merit and bonus cycles, and policy development aligned with strategic objectives.

You will partner with senior HR and Finance leaders to drive market pricing, benchmarking, and compliance while delivering insightful analyses and robust reporting to guide compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job analysis/evaluation, and market pricing, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with HCM systems, compensation management systems, spreadsheet software with advanced functions, market pricing data aggregation software, and BI/reporting tools.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own compensation programs, salary structures, and policy development.
• Oversee merit and bonus planning cycles and related cost modeling with Finance.
• Ensure pay equity and compliance across the organization through data analysis.
• Present compensation recommendations to senior leadership and manage external benchmarking.
• Develop reporting standards and training for compensation processes.
