Job summary

Podium is seeking a senior leader to own and advance our compensation strategy in the rapidly expanding AI-enabled services space. You will partner with C-suite executives to craft competitive programs, lead role classifications, benchmarking, and global equity planning to align with aggressive growth goals.

You will translate workforce data into actionable insights, influence executive decisions, and help attract and retain top software talent across regions, while shaping annual planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience at a software company.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with compensation surveys (e.g., Radford) and communicating with executives.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
