You will collaborate with leadership and the People team to create tailored solutions that attract, retain, and engage talent while ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.

You will lead the design and oversight of base salary, bonus, and incentive programs, using data analytics to drive decisions and support recruitment and internal equity.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and other departments to align on compensation offerings.
• Develop materials to clearly communicate compensation programs to employees.
