Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will analyze compensation data, build reports, and support quarterly incentive processes.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in compensation analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with SuccessFactors HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and administration.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Power BI experience required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS preferred.
• Exposure to variable compensation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and run data and reports using the HRIS and vendor databases.
• Assist in data collection for quarterly commissions and incentive payments.
• Manage survey requirements and track costs for KPI reporting (compensation, retention, labor).
• Manage quarterly incentive process including data validation and payments to Payroll.
• Provide analysis and Power BI reports on HR data (turnover, headcount, projects, audits).
• Collaborate during annual compensation planning for merit and bonus processes.
• Ensure data integrity across HR through validation and cleanup.
• Support ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests.
