Responsibilities

• Analyze internal positions and compare to external surveys to maintain equity.
• Update salary structures with data analysis and guidelines.
• Lead annual compensation process and maintain compensation data and reports.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and monthly/reporting cycles.
• Maintain job descriptions and update as needed for compliance.
• Prepare quarterly turnover, incentive accruals, promotions, and awards reports.
