Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) seeks a Sr Compensation Analyst to support analytics, reporting, and project work within Total Rewards. The role involves data integrity, incentive processing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate compensation data.

You will deliver Power BI insights, manage survey data, and assist during annual compensation planning, with a market-aligned base salary and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of compensation analysis and administration.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Create and update data reports using HRIS and vendor databases.
• Assist in data collection for quarterly commissions and incentives.
• Manage KPI reporting including compensation costs and labor costs.
• Support annual compensation planning and merit/bonus processes.
• Provide Power BI analyses on HR data and audits.
