Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst to support analytics, metrics, reporting, and project work within the Total Rewards team. The role focuses on data integrity, KPI reporting, and incentive administration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compensation analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with HRIS systems; SuccessFactors experience is preferred. Base salary ranges are noted with potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration.
Strong analytical and presentation skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS preferred.
Exposure to variable compensation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and run data and tracking reports using HRIS and vendor databases.
Assist in data collection and processing of quarterly commissions and incentives.
Manage survey requirements and KPI reporting for compensation costs and labor metrics.
Oversee quarterly incentive process including data validation and payments to Payroll.
Provide analysis and Power BI reports on HR data (turnover, headcount, projects).
Support annual compensation planning with cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure data integrity across HR data through validation and cleanup.
Handle ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests.
