The Sr Compensation Analyst will support the Compensation team with analytics, metrics, reporting and project assistance. This role will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team, as we are seeking an individual who will bring previous compensation analytics knowledge and experience and is willing and motivated to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Base Salary $101,300 - $125,600

Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
