The Senior Compensation Analyst leads advanced compensation analyses and provides strategic, data‑driven insights to support the company’s compensation philosophy, programs, and regulatory compliance. This role extends beyond execution to include independent problem‑solving, thought partnership with HR and business leaders, and ownership of complex analyses and reporting solutions. The Senior Analyst designs, enhances, and governs Power BI dashboards and business intelligence tools; leads market pricing, internal equity, and program impact analyses; and translates complex data into clear recommendations that inform decisions at multiple organizational levels. This role also contributes to shaping compensation processes, mentoring analysts, and driving continuous improvement in how compensation data is leveraged to support scalable, competitive, and compliant reward strategies.
