Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Senior Associate to join the team. The role focuses on designing, administering, and evaluating compensation programs using data-driven insights and market benchmarks.

You will work with HR partners and business leaders to provide recommendations and ensure pay practices are competitive. Responsibilities include pricing, reporting, and supporting merit and incentive planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of compensation or related analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS competencies.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses to evaluate market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Perform market pricing and benchmarking using survey data.
• Lead/manage the survey submission process with third-party surveys.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation decisions.
• Support pay equity analyses and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Administer base pay, incentive plans, salary structures, and job evaluations.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes.
