Job summary

You’ll perform job evaluations, market analyses, and modeling, partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership to support total rewards initiatives and annual cycles. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Workday/SAP/Oracle; CCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience with compensation survey tools (Mercer, WTW, Radford).
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and pricing including FLSA classification determinations.
• Maintain job architecture and create new job codes for alignment and internal equity.
• Design and maintain salary structures, pay frameworks, and compensation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including minimum wage and FLSA.
• Support or lead annual merit and bonus cycles, data collection, validation, and payroll coordination.
• Serve as SME to HR partners and managers on compensation decisions.
• Develop communication tools and training materials for managers and employees.
• Manage participation in compensation surveys and analyze results.
