Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Compensation Advisor to join our Total Rewards team. You will develop, implement, and administer Compensation and Incentive Programs, advising leadership and HR on salary administration and merit planning, and serving as the compensation contact for designated units.

You will help shape global job architecture, participate in surveys, ensure compliance with pay regulations, and contribute to incentive plan design and delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years HR/Compensation related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with business insight.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides compensation advice and collaborates with leaders on salary administration, merit planning, reorganizations, and incentive practices.
• Assists in development of global job architecture, geographic structures, and rate range structures.
• Participates in compensation surveys and monitors market pay movements.
• Communicates compensation philosophy and salary review processes to stakeholders.
• Supports design of automated tools to improve compensation data speed and accuracy.
