Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related field, preferred
• CCP certification preferred
• Five (5) years of HR experience in compensation
• One (1) year project management experience preferred
• Above Average Verbal; Exceptional Verbal; Writing/Reports
• Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel
• Expert in PeopleSoft HR; MS Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced consultation, guidance and direction of compensation to HR professionals and leadership
• Assist in design, development and implementation of compensation programs, policies and practices
• Ensure all compensation programs comply with federal and state laws and meet business objectives
• Support components/activities of the compensation program, development and administration
