Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of compensation experience.
Hands-on market pricing, salary surveys, benchmarking, pay grades, salary structures, and job evaluations.
Strong compensation analysis skills: internal equity, market competitiveness, pay trends, and recommendations.
Experience with MarketPay or Payfactors.
Knowledge of FLSA.
Total rewards experience.
Oracle experience (HRIS).
Certifications (CCP).
