- Knowledge of pay equity regulations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support administration of global compensation programs and ensure compliance.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using market surveys.
- Evaluate positions via job analysis, leveling, and compensation assessment.
- Provide compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, and changes.
- Analyze pay trends, equity concerns, and geographic differentials.
- Support annual compensation planning, including merit increases and budget modeling.
- Prepare compensation reports and dashboards using HRIS and BI tools.
- Develop salary structures, pay grades, and geographic differentials.
- Collaborate with HRIS/Payroll to maintain data in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Assist in testing and implementation of compensation systems.
- Develop compensation models for strategic decisions.
- Assist in bonus and incentive program administration.
- Review compensation transactions for policy compliance.
