Creative Artists Agency will look for a compensation professional to help design and manage pay structures, levels, and career ladders across the organization. The role partners with HR leadership to keep base pay, incentives, and total rewards competitive and compliant with evolving rules.

You will lead data-driven analyses, maintain job descriptions, and support client teams with market benchmarks and governance of pay programs in a hybrid deployment from LA or NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience in Workday Comp or other HR compensation systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Support job architecture, leveling, and pay range audits.
• Lead administration of job and salary structures in Workday.
• Benchmark salaries using Salary.com and related tools.
• Provide analyses for client compensation requests and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with wage related regulations and pay equity.
