Job summary

Orion is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to own our core annual compensation deliverables, merit cycles, market pricing, bonus payments, and sales compensation plans. You will lead a two-person team within the HR Business Partner organization and drive modernization of compensation processes.

This hybrid role requires three days on-site weekly at an Orion office; candidates should live within commutable distance to an office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in broad-based compensation programs.
• Experience owning recurring compensation deliverables (merit, market pricing, bonus, sales compensation).
• CCP certification a plus, not required.
• Experience with HRBPs and leaders' data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of compensation partners to deliver results.
• Own annual merit, market pricing, bonus, and sales compensation cycles end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and pay equity analyses.
• Translate data into clear communications for HRBPs and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and wage regulations.
