Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a data-driven compensation professional to join our global Total Rewards team in New York. You will support the ongoing assessment and optimization of compensation strategies for Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo, administer equity and bonus programs, and coordinate year-end payments with Finance.

The role requires 3+ years in compensation, strong Excel skills, and experience with an HRIS (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance, math or CS preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience.
• Experience completing at least one merit cycle.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an HRIS; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing assessment and optimization of global compensation strategies for Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
• Administer the equity program including processing new grants and maintaining grant files and approvals.
• Maintain bonus accrual files for corporate bonuses and coordinate year-end payments with finance.
• Process and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans.
• Participate in administering the annual merit and variable pay plan process.
• Complete annual salary survey submissions globally and analyze results.
