Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a senior compensation professional to shape pay structures and total rewards. You will manage job architecture, leveling, and base/incentive pay strategies, aligning them with organizational goals across the LA hybrid office.

Responsibilities include administering Workday and Salary.com data, ensuring compliance, and supporting stakeholders with market benchmarking and pay equity decisions. A strong Excel/data analysis skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience in Workday Comp or other HR compensation systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Job Architecture & leveling: manage leveling framework, families, grades and ladders; audit structures and pay ranges; draft new descriptions; evaluate roles for FLSA status.
• Compensation Systems: administer job and salary structures in Workday; manage Salary.com benchmarking; audit data exchanges; troubleshoot with HRIS.
• Client Support: analyze and advise on job evaluation, architecture, incentive design, and benchmarking; participate in compensation surveys; price new roles and promotions.
• Reporting & Analytics: conduct data analysis; develop dashboards and analyses for planning; monitor pay program competitiveness.
• Compliance: monitor legislation; conduct audits; interpret regulations with Legal; ensure wage/hour and pay equity compliance.
